I do my best to keep delivery costs to a minimum and get your purchases to you as quickly as possible! Once your item(s) are made, delivery costs and estimated delivery times are:

Return & Exchange Policy
I hope that you will be very happy with your purchases but if necessary then you are entitled to cancel an order within 14 working days of receipt of the product(s) and to return it for a full refund.
Please note:

For hygiene reasons we cannot exchange or refund earrings, unless they are defective or faulty.

Items engraved, embossed, resized or customised also cannot be refunded.
Returned goods must be unused and in their original packaging and sent to: Emma Hunter Jewellery Studio, 55 Lower Blandford Road, Broadstone, Dorset, BH18 8NS.
You will need to arrange and pay for the return of the product(s). When returning items I recommended you obtain proof of posting. I cannot accept responsibility for any parcels lost in transit.
A prompt refund of the price of the goods will be issued once the goods are received. The credit or debit card used for the original purchase will be credited with the price paid for the good(s) minus the delivery charges. Where a product was purchased wholly or in part with a gift code, the price paid will be refunded onto a new gift code.
