We hope that you will be very happy with your purchases but if necessary then you are entitled to cancel an order within 14 working days of receipt of the product and to return it for a full refund.
You have the right to withdraw from your contract under the Consumer Contracts Regulation Act 2013. Advice about your legal rights for returns is available from the Citizens' Advice Bureau or Trading Standards.
Returned goods must be unused and in their original packaging and sent to: Emma Hunter Jewellery, 9 Talbot Hill Road, Bournemouth, Dorset, BH9 2JT
For all returns, except where the item is dispatched in error by us, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the product(s) to us. When returning items you are strongly recommended you obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
For hygiene reasons we cannot exchange or refund earrings, unless they are defective or faulty.
Regrettably, items engraved, embossed, resized or customised in any way cannot be refunded.
A prompt refund of the price of the goods will be issued once the goods are received. The credit or debit card used for the original purchase will be credited with the price paid for the good(s) minus the delivery charges (exceptions may apply). Where a product was purchased wholly or in part with a gift code, the price paid will be refunded onto a new gift code.
